We are seeking a Director Consulting Services (DCS) who has the ability to build new relationships, secure new business and deliver high quality projects and lead high performing teams. The ideal candidate is strategic, client focused, a self-starter and has experience in developing, solutioning, implementing and supporting next generation digital technologies. They will work using trusted client relationships in the P&C Insurance industry in the New England region and responsible for driving growth, client relationships, delivery, and team management.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
As the owner of CGI's relationship with the client, the DCS leads all aspects of CGI's business with the clients including overall business development sales/growth, delivery and account management activities.
Our ideal candidate will:
. Bring deep Insurance sector, business process, IT knowledge, and delivery capability; be integrated into the New England marketplace, and will be responsible for bringing solutions and proactive thought leadership to our clients.
. Manage P&L and be diligent in operational activities. Good understanding of Digital, Data, cloud computing technologies, DevOps environments, and new business models.
. Ability to understand 'Big Picture' as well as to dive into program-level details. Ability to establish and supervise programs and projects 'at scale' in a global setup.
. Be a self-starter and motivated by delivering excellent services to our clients and ensuring their happiness.
. Good listener with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships at CXO, SVP, and VP levels of stakeholders.
. Ability to navigate large organizations, work in a multifaceted matrix setup.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Significant experience growing and delivering into the P&C Insurance sector for an IT services consulting firm.
. 15+ years of minimum IT and Consulting Services experience, leveraging your professional and personal network to introduce CGI to local client prospects. Strong ties to the Boston community!
. Performance track record of managing different portfolios-ranging from delivery, consultative collaboration, generating annuity business.
. Strong communication skills, engage with C-level executives.
. Strategic thinker and problem solver.
. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional / global/ virtual teams effectively.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $134,500.00 - $290,300.00.
