    Position Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Technical Infrastructure Architect (TIA) to lead the technical planning and management of our infrastructure, ensuring its integrity, performance, and readiness. This key role involves conducting hardware sizing, performance reviews, and benchmarking to provide strategic recommendations for the DAI technical architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle EBS, disaster recovery, and performance testing, along with a strong command of technical writing to deliver high-quality reports and deliverables.     This position is located in USA VA Fort Belvoir -- USAVAFOR1.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    Provides technical planning and management to ensure the integrity of the technical plans and tasks associated with

    platform (hardware, software, and network), performance, dependability, security, disaster recovery, performance,

    testing and overall operational availability and readiness of the infrastructure. Conducts hardware sizing,

    performance, upgradeability reviews and benchmarking to provide overall recommendations to the Government of

    the DAI technical architecture baseline and any expansion directed by the Government. Provides Oracle EBS, disaster recovery, reporting and performance testing with agility and flexibility to implement new technology

     

    insertions as required. Provides technical writing to ensure all reports and deliverables are delivered with timeliness

     

    and quality to the government. Has strong command of the English language. Implements and manages processes

     

    for optimal maintenance of the DAI application across the production, COOP, and T&D environments.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    Minimum Experience:

    Ten (10) years' experience. Supported DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS

     

    R12.2 platform or higher. Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Mgt Professional (PMP)

     

    Certification, or other recognized certification, (ITIL, CGFM etc.)

     

    Minimum Education: N/A

    Required:

    . Security Clearance:

    o Access Level: IT-1

    o Sensitivity Level: Critical Sensitive

    o Type of Investigation: Tier 5 (T5) or Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) at time of

     

    proposal submission.

     

    . DoD 8570.01-M Certification: N/A

     

    Exception: If the employee ever requires any Privileged system access, then DOD 8570.01-M, IA & CE

     

    certifications are required.

     

    o IA Technical (IAT)/IA Management (IAM) Level: IAT Level II

    o IA Baseline Certification: Attachment_3_DOD 8570 Approved Baseline

    Certifications_Full_20210526

    o CE/OS Certificate: Attachment_4_DLA Approved CS CE List_v28_20230221. Certification must be

    applicable to the Oracle based DAI Application Environment

    o Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.

     

    CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $113,400.00 - $245,500.00.
