    Job Title: SMT Operator

    **Type:** Contract-to-Hire

    Shifts Available:

    + 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (10% shift differential)

    + Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM

    **Pay Range:** $19.00–$22.00/hour

    **ITAR Facility:** Must be a U.S. Person

    Job Overview:

    Seeking detail-oriented individuals to operate SMT and AOI machines, perform electronic assembly, and support various production tasks. Must be flexible with duties and able to follow instructions in multiple formats.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate SMT machines and monitor paste application

    + Inspect boards using AOI equipment

    + Assemble small electronic components

    + Assist with packaging and general production tasks

    + Follow written, verbal, and visual instructions

    Qualifications:

    + Experience with SMT or AOI preferred

    + Strong hand dexterity and tool use

    + Ability to read schematics and technical drawings

    + Basic computer skills

    + IPC certification a plus

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
