    Job Title: Warehouse Associate

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will be an integral part of various departments including Receiving, Scanning, and Packing. Your role will involve handling incoming and outgoing products with precision and care.

    Responsibilities

    + Unload trailers using pallet jacks or carts in the Receiving/Unloading department.

    + Sort incoming equipment such as modems, routers, and cable boxes.

    + Use handheld RF scanners to scan barcodes and ensure accurate logging of product serial numbers in the Scanning/Inventory department.

    + Pack tested products into boxes with appropriate materials and label packages for outbound shipping in the Packing/Shipping department.

    + Follow detailed work instructions and meet production targets.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization at your workstation.

    + Comply with safety standards and company policies.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with shipping and receiving.

    + Proficiency in picking, packing, and packaging.

    + Ability to operate RF scanners and pallet jacks.

    + Previous warehouse experience is a must.

    + Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and material handling.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic computer or scanner use experience.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a climate-controlled, clean, and organized environment. The role involves standing all day as there are no sit-down jobs. Note the strict 'No Beep Policy', requiring you to avoid wearing anything that may trigger metal detectors. Additionally, cell phones are not allowed on the floor, so you must be comfortable being without your phone for several hours.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlestown, IN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.36 - $18.00/hr.
