Job Title: Training Coordinator
Job Description
The Training Coordinator conducts training for new and existing team members in various settings, including the classroom, training cell, and on the production floor. This role involves observing production operations to determine training needs and updating the curriculum as required. The coordinator collaborates with other leaders to address both defined and emerging training needs and monitors new team member performance to make recommendations for their progression.
Responsibilities
+ Facilitate training modules within the Training Cell.
+ Offer specific training, coaching, and feedback to help team members improve job skills.
+ Present information using various techniques such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
+ Assist in developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials.
+ Coordinate with Human Resources and supervision to manage workforce readiness.
+ Liaise with production management regarding the placement of new team members.
+ Maintain certification in several manufacturing and support areas and remain flexible to work in those areas as needed.
+ Support and develop opportunities for improvement within the training department and manufacturing operations.
+ Support the CI Specialist and CI Manager with Continuous Improvement activities and projects.
+ Provide support to various areas of the manufacturing floor when not tasked with training or CI projects.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Ability to train, teach, and coach others effectively.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Ability to work effectively as a team member.
+ Demonstrated ability to coordinate, facilitate, and supervise multiple tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
+ Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and work in many different areas with high proficiency.

Work Environment
The work environment involves extended time on feet, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination with hand/power tools. The role requires frequent stooping, bending, walking, carrying, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Light office duties and activities are also part of the work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53040.00 - $53040.00/yr.
