    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance for SaaS applications and ensure smooth operations for our clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance. This is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity located in Jacksonville, Florida.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver technical support for SaaS applications, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining system reliability.

    • Investigate and diagnose software problems, collaborating with development teams to implement solutions.

    • Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring for supported applications.

    • Create comprehensive documentation for support activities, including troubleshooting procedures and user guides.

    • Assist in deploying new software applications and updates, ensuring seamless integration.

    • Provide training and guidance to users on application functionality and best practices.

    • Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and recommend improvements.

    • Collaborate with IT staff to maintain system security and ensure data integrity.

    • Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support during critical incidents.

    • Coordinate with external vendors to address third-party application-related concerns.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or a similar technical role.

    • Proficiency in troubleshooting SaaS applications and resolving technical issues.

    • Strong communication skills to effectively assist both technical and non-technical users.

    • Familiarity with system administration and database management.

    • Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell is a plus.

    • Knowledge of IT service management tools.

    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
