    Description We are looking for a dedicated HOA Client Services Specialist to join our team in Escondido, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth account operations and exceptional client service. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a meticulous environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough verification of customer profiles and perform customer due diligence to ensure compliance.

    • Open, manage, and close various account types, including checking, money market, and certificates of deposit.

    • Review client documentation to confirm accuracy and completeness.

    • Process updates to accounts, such as address changes, name modifications, and account type adjustments.

    • Work closely with internal teams and external business partners to support and enhance operational processes.

    • Maintain adherence to company policies, values, and established safety standards.

    • Provide consistent and attentive customer service to meet client needs and expectations.

    • Utilize industry knowledge and metrics to monitor and improve call center performance.

    • Support client reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the consumer banking or credit card industry.

    • Familiarity with call center metrics and ability to analyze critical data.

    • Knowledge of consumer lending and banking relations.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and process client information.

    • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

    • Proficiency in managing client accounts and reporting.

    • Ability to adhere to operational policies and maintain high standards of service.
