    Overview

     

    Lead the Way as an Aggregate Supervisor at Suncore Construction & Materials!

     

    Suncore is seeking a hands-on Aggregate Supervisor to oversee training, quality control, environmental compliance, and equipment maintenance across our aggregate sites.     Things you will do:

    + Monitor employee training and certification.

    + Evaluate the current quality of all aggregates.

    + Work with Aggregate Superintendents to ensure all air, water, and other environmental requirements are met and ensure a safe work environment.

    + Oversee aggregate location properties to ensure equipment is secure.

    + Ensure all reclamation work is preformed according to established plans.

    + Work with Aggregate Superintendents to oversee that completion of repairs and maintenance of equipment is completed to company standards.

    + Ability to manage repairs, maintenance, and operations of aggregates processing facilities.

    + Experience working with MSHA.

    + Understanding of aggregate characteristics.

    + Team leadership experience.
