    SUMMARY:

    The Site Manager is responsible for effective management, administration, and control of business functions at identified site(s). This person oversees the timely and effective resolution of all services contracted by the client while exhibiting exceptional customer service, overall operational efficiency and quality of business services. In addition, this individual will serve as the Site Facility Security Officer. This may include processing security clearances, management of facilities, personnel and ensures the Company’s Security Program is compliant with all government regulations and requirements under the Air Force. The FSO will provide specialized expertise, guidance, advice, training, and support to executive management, operations management, human resources, and employees, as applicable, concerning all aspects of the company’s security policies, procedures and practices. This position requires independent judgment and discretion, as well as the identification, analysis and resolution of security-related matters.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Certifying Official for Instructor qualification for the respective crew position(s) based on completed documentation prescribed herein and recommendation from the responsible crew position lead(s).

    + May amend instruction to satisfy unique site requirements with approval from the Program Manager and coordinate with the Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

    + Evaluates and resolves high priority and complex problems through communication and negotiation with clients, vendors, and internal professionals in support of a proactive, responsive and friendly customer environment

    + Manages status reports, productivity reports, and other source documents to ensure optimal performance is met by staff.

    + Prioritize and schedules all work including overflow work to backup facility

    + Ensures proper maintenance and usage of all equipment and supplies

    + Manages staff by selecting and recruiting, developing, and mentoring staff; handle corrective actions as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with Company policy; evaluating performance; providing training and development opportunities; coach and counsel staff.

    + Ensures and analyzes production targets onsite are met daily, weekly, and monthly by measuring against Company goals.

    + Work with peers and team to establish departmental decisions, processes and ensure standardized activities.

    + Conduct initial security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations and re-indoctrinations of employees.

    + Prepare and maintain physical security requirements, including preparation for any security audits/assessments.

    + Establish and maintain accurate personnel security files in JPAS, may process personnel clearances.

    + Provide security support to management and Security Support Services.

    + Enforce government and company security policies, as well as provide direction and guidance regarding program security directives.

    + Generate visit certification requests, via the JPAS

    + Attends necessary weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings as required or directed by the Program Manager.

    + Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    Associates degree in related field with 2 years of recent management experience preferred. Knowledge of C-5 aircraft, flight training, and a working knowledge of engineering concepts is preferred.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS:

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common professional literature. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management, and colleagues.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

    Ability to comprehend and apply basic mathematical skills.

    COMPUTER SKILLS:

    Basic understanding of computer operating systems and basic network skills.

    REASONING ABILITY:

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

    CITIZENSHIP:

    OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

    Experienced and proficient in the use of standard Personal Computer productivity software tools including word processors, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, project management, and databases.
