We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), drive revenue growth, and execute strategic sales initiatives that align with our business goals. This is a remote position, however the successful candidate must reside within the United States.
What You’ll Do:
+ Hire, train, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
+ Develop individual growth plans to support career development and skill advancement.
+ Monitor sales performance metrics and conduct regular coaching and reviews.
+ Oversee Salesforce usage and ensure accurate tracking of sales activity and pipeline.
+ Execute sales strategies in collaboration with the VP of Sales.
+ Participate in selling activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing.
+ Support territory planning and account segmentation.
+ Foster a culture of accountability, development, and ethical behavior.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
+ Maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
+ Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries required.
+ Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
+ Strong leadership, planning, and business acumen.
+ Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.

Compensation: The base salary range is $100K-$115K. This position is eligible for incentive pay.
