    Job Summary-

    The Facilities Supervisor – Rocklin Service Center is responsible for comprehensive oversight of office and facility operations, supporting all building functions to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive working environment. This role encompasses the coordination of maintenance activities, management of space allocation, oversight of vendor relationships, and ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

     

    Additionally, this position provides critical administrative support to the ISC Department, including call center communications, HR and payroll processing, and administration of support systems for employee onboarding and timekeeping. The Service Center Manager will also manage confidential project assignments and conduct research as required.

    Essential Functions-

    Facility Operations & Safety Management-Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance coordination, space planning, and facility improvements. Ensure full compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and company safety standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment. Ensure access permissions are aligned with current staffing at all times.

     

    Vendor & Contract Management-Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, monitor service delivery, manage budgets, and ensure all vendor activities meet quality standards and organizational requirements.

     

    Administrative Support & HR Coordination-Manage critical administrative functions including HR and payroll processing, employee onboarding, timekeeping system administration, and call center communications. Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless operational support.

     

    Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration-Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and ISC Department administrative needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, employees, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective problem resolution

     

    Project Management & Confidential Research-Lead special projects and conduct research on sensitive matters requiring discretion and confidentiality. Analyze data, develop recommendations, and implement solutions that support strategic business objectives.

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities-

     

    Familiarity with HR processes including payroll administration, onboarding procedures, and timekeeping systems

     

    Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships

     

    Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

     

    Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality

     

    Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations

     

    Education and Experience-

     

    Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

     

    3+ years of experience in office services and facilities management in a corporate environment.

     

    Experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred

     

    Proven experience with HR functions including payroll processing, onboarding, and timekeeping administration

     

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

     

    Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

     

    Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as operational needs require

    The pay for this position ranges from $77,400.00 to $85,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

     

    This is the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
