Security Officer Hiring Event – 11/13/25 – $19.00–$22.00/hr – Hiring Immediately!

Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Security Officers in the Phoenix, AZ area on Thursday, November 13, 2025 , from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

We’re hiring for all shifts and days , including weekends. Pay rate: $19.00–$22.00/hr, paid weekly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

• Minimum 2 years of security experience

• Excellent written, oral, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

• Strong attention to detail and integrity

• Sound judgment and decision-making skills

• Dependable transportation

• Professional grooming standards

• Team-oriented attitude

• Flexible availability (all shifts)

• Clean driving record

About the Role:

A Security Officer may perform a variety of duties as outlined in the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Officers are expected to become thoroughly familiar with these directives and respond quickly and efficiently in accordance with company standards.

Certification Requirements (All)

AZ Guard License
