    As a Research Laborer here at Solstice, you will provide essential support in the research and development of innovative materials and technologies. You will collaborate with scientists and engineers to assist in experiments, gather data, and contribute to the advancement of our cutting-edge projects.

     

    You will report directly to our R&D Manager and you’ll work out of our Buffalo, NY location.

     

    In this role, you will impact the development of new materials and processes that drive innovation and enhance product performance within Solstice Advanced Materials.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Assist in the preparation and execution of experiments to evaluate new materials and processes.

    + Collect and document experimental data accurately for analysis.

    + Support the maintenance and organization of laboratory equipment and supplies.

    Qualifications

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 2+ years of experience in a research or laboratory environment.

    + Basic understanding of materials science or chemistry principles.

    + Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques relevant to materials testing.

    + Proficiency in data collection and documentation methods.

    + Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a laboratory setting.

    WE VALUE

    + Associate’s degree in a relevant field such as Materials Science or Chemistry.

    + Experience in a laboratory support role within a technology or manufacturing environment.

    + Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
