Job Title: D&I / Talent Management Specialist
Type: Contract (December start - 6 month contract)
Compensation: $40 - $55 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days/week onsite)
Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
+ Helps implement a robust global diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy alongside the D&I Director, Council and ERGs to help the company identify and retain diverse talent at all levels
+ Helps operationalize D&I Council/ERG organization, implementing hierarchy, position design and meeting structure/cadence
+ Support the creation, operation and growth of ERGs, providing support to empower these groups to drive positive change.
+ Stay current with D&I research and best practices in the CPG industry, informing strategies accordingly.
+ Develop and distribute communications on behalf of D&I organization internally.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
+ Collect, analyze, and report on talent metrics for broad TM function to identify areas for improvement and track progress toward goals.
Must Haves/Requirements:
+ A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, from an accredited institution in business, HR, communications or related field is preferred
+ 3-5+ years’ experience in driving organization change, communications and/or employee engagement activities required.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices, cultural competence, and relevant laws and regulations
+ Strong data analytics. Ability to build organized, sensible regular reporting dashboard as well as ad-hoc analyses uncovering insights and that lead to action and guide strategy and goal setting.
+ Strong organization and project management skills with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to lead cross functionally.
+ Experience with Workday or similar platform a plus
+ Relevant certifications in diversity, equity, and inclusion are a plus
+ DISC facilitation certification a plus
+ HRIS experience a plus
+ Basic Excel/PowerPoint skills
+ Experience leading ERGs a plus
