POSITION SUMMARY:
Glenmark is actively seeking an Information Technology Senior Associate to join the Monroe, NC facility. As the IT Senior Associate r espo n s ibl e for Providing information about performance monitoring and MIS reports monthly Handling User Access\Authorization management and Execution of backup\restoration for, Empower, Track and Trace and Quality control standalone instrument. Co-ordination with respective stakeholders, your essential job responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Act as the primary point of contact between business and helpdesk team to provide on time support within set SLA
+ Monitor security compliance in accordance with Glenmark standards, policies and procedures
+ Generates and publish weekly /monthly reports to the IT management along with the MIS.
+ Preparing, monitoring and adherence of SOPs on regular basis.
+ Imparting Training to new joiners.
+ Creating regular awareness of IT infrastructure to subordinates.
+ Coordinate, communicate and escalate, if issues from corporate team for corporate systems
+ Support for the Track and Trace system implementation and maintenance at Plan
+ SLA/Process adherence
+ IT Infrastructure Management, Server/Network Management and support, Validation/Qualification of Equipment's (CSV)
+ Install Infrastructure at Monroe plant, whenever required
+ Carry out business continuity (BC) and IT continuity in adverse conditions
+ Act as single point of contact between Quality dept.
+ To support and monitor the shop floor LAN, WAN connectivity.
+ To assist in Qualifications / Validation of quality / manufacturing equipment with respect to IT requirements
+ Responsible for Administrator related activities for Non-Networked and Empower software of Quality Control department e.g. user creation, user
+ deactivation, user type modification, Backup & restore
+ Support for IT implementation of rollback plan and Corrective / Preventive Action (CAPA) / Incident / Deviation / change Control whenever required.
+ Coordinating with Machine OEM, Printer Vendors, Network, Desktop, Servers solution Providers.
+ Update IT system Architecture for Monroe on regular interval
+ Update Rack with server/Infrastructure details at Monroe server room
+ User Access\Authorization management for Waters Empower and standalone Instruments of Quality control dept.
+ Execution of backup and restoration and document same.
+ Monitor alerts and take corrective and preventive action at server room.
+ Contribute and adhere to documentation required as per regulatory compliances
+ To resolve the software and hardware related issues within time.
+ Submit monthly reports for IT department.
+ Raise QMS notifications and provide IT comments, wherever required on MC/TW
+ Maintain IT assets inventory and daily/monthly basis
+ Manage end points issues faced by users on daily basis
+ Monitor policies and deploy patches ( if required) as per Corporate guidelines including SCCM and Security policies
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
+ Four (4) year degree in Computer Science related field
+ Related Certifications would be an advantage
Experience:
+ Minimum of three (3) years- experience in managing server infrastructures and data-center operations
+ Servers: Windows servers
+ System and network configuration / Systems Installation, Upgrading
+ LAN/WAN networking
+ SAN and database administration
+ IT helpdesk operations /Technical Support
+ Management and support, Validation/Qualification of Equipment's (CSV)
+ Management & support on Quality control labs will be added advantage
Knowledge and Skills :
+ Ability to manage complex projects is required Ability to manage a small data center Communication skill,
+ Adhere to project timelines & Complete in time
