$3,000 Recruitment Payment for Full-Time LPNs

Starting pay: $29.16/hour

Flexible scheduling with extended shifts available
• 14-hours shifts 6 a.m.- 8:30 p.m.; working 1 out of 3 weekends
• 10-hours on evening shift (12 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.); working 1 out of 3 weekends
• Weekend package shifts 6am-8:30pm options are available with retention payments up to $8,000. (Applicant must work a minimum of 32 hours every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) will be paid a lump-sum of $8,000, paid out over 26 pay periods. Must work a total of 40 hours per week. Lodging and meals are available upon request.)
What You’ll Do
As a LPN at IVH, you will serve as the leader of a direct care team:
Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
Assess and evaluate resident conditions, take appropriate action, and adjust care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.
Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, and Medication Aides.
Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism, skill, and compassion.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
