Major/Essential Functions:
+ Issue RaiderCards for faculty, staff and students, any other badges as needed.
+ Provide exceptional customer service, will work on the frontline and be one of the main employees working with walk-in customers with various needs other than printing IDs.
+ **Demonstrates Active Listening:** Consistently gives full attention to others during conversations; accurately interprets information, asks clarifying questions when necessary, and responds appropriately to ensure understanding and effective communication.
+ **Exhibits Social Awareness and Professionalism:** Interacts courteously and effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including students, staff, and senior administrators. Maintains patience, composure, and professionalism in all customer service interactions, even in challenging situations.
