This Program Manager 1A is a management level position with Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities, Quality Enhancement Unit. Ideal candidate will ensure monitoring and quality enhancement systems meet federal and state mandates and that it addresses compliance issues. Analyze data and reviews reports regarding the outcome of monitoring and overall performance of service providers and contract providers recommending appropriate corrective action as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
Seven years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus four years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
A bachelor’s degree plus four years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
An advanced degree or a Juris Doctorate plus three years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
+ Provide statewide management of the Human Services Accountability Plan (AP) Quality Partnership Program.
+ Oversee and manage the statewide OCDD Customer Complaint System and the assessment/analysis of OCDD direct services systems.
+ Manage the development, organization and implementation of the Provider Quality Enhancement System and Plan review and approval process throughout the statewide developmental disability services system.
+ Provide functional supervision and technical assistance and training for Regional Quality Specialists.
