    Work as a Retail Host at both SEA LIFE Michigan and Peppa Pig World of Play and help make every guest’s visit magical!

     

    • About the Role

    We’re looking for **fun-loving, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals** to join our **Guest Experience Team** . As a **part-time Retail Host** , you’ll be at the heart of the action — helping guests explore, shop, and take home a piece of the magic while creating lifelong memories.

     

    You’ll ensure guests have the **best possible experience** by connecting with them in a friendly, safe, and fun environment — all while being part of a team that creates smiles and joy every day.

     

    • Responsibilities

    + Greet guests warmly and provide **friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic service** .

    + Help guests find what they need and maximize **retail opportunities** with your fun, approachable attitude.

    + Keep queues, retail displays, and public areas **organized, tidy, and magical** throughout the day.

    + Assist in opening and closing procedures and ensure all areas are fully stocked and ready for guests.

    + Follow all **health, safety, and security policies** , including COVID-19 regulations, to keep the environment safe for everyone.

    + Bring your **energy and passion** to the team every day, making every guest’s visit special.

     

    Qualifications & Experience

    About You

    + 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.

    + Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.

    + Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.

    + Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.

    + Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.

    + Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
