    You will lead specialized teams focused on program governance, transformation management, SAP tools, financial value tracking, and AI-driven process optimization, ensuring disciplined execution, transparency, and measurable business outcomes.

     

    Your leadership will ensure that Honeywell’s S/4HANA transformation operates with clear governance, strategic alignment, and enterprise-wide visibility, delivering sustainable value and enabling future-ready operations.

     

    You will report directly to our VP of Lead to Cash and S4 Transformation, and you’ll work out of one of our Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC locations on a hybrid work schedule.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Lead the S/4HANA Transformation Office, providing program governance, strategic oversight, and alignment across all workstreams.

    + Establish and manage enterprise-wide governance frameworks, including KPIs, reporting, decision-making cadence, and benefits realization tracking.

    + Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of SAP tools and platforms that enable program governance, analytics, and financial transparency.

    + Drive the integration of AI and automation capabilities to enhance efficiency, insight generation, and predictive performance management across transformation workstreams.

    + Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure transformation priorities align with Honeywell’s strategic, financial, and operational goals.

    + Develop and manage value realization dashboards, ensuring S/4 investments translate into measurable business outcomes and process improvements.

    + Partner with Finance, IT, and Business leaders to manage budgets, resource allocations, and investment performance tied to the transformation roadmap.

    + Foster a “one team” culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across transformation teams and delivery partners.

     

    US Person Requirement

     

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years managing transformation governance or ERP program offices.

    + Proven track record of driving large-scale SAP or S/4HANA transformation programs in complex, global organizations.

    + Strong expertise in governance frameworks, program management, and financial value realization.

    + Demonstrated experience implementing or optimizing SAP program management tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, Signavio, Focused Build, or equivalent).

    + Working knowledge of AI, automation, or advanced analytics applications within enterprise transformation contexts.

    + Strong understanding of IT financial management, portfolio governance, and performance metrics.

    + Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and operate effectively in matrixed environments.

    + Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

    WE VALUE

    + Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.

    + Experience in Aerospace & Defense or other regulated industries.

    + Familiarity with RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud, and related digital governance tools.

    + Certifications in Program Management (PMP/PMI), ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.

    + Exposure to COBIT, Agile/SAFe, or Value Realization frameworks.

    + Background in AI/GenAI transformation initiatives or data-driven decision frameworks.
