The GTM Enablement & Effectiveness team supports Pega's go-to-market success by providing enablement programs, onboarding, and learning experiences that equip our teams to deliver value to clients.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

You will lead enablement programs to support Pega's go-to-market strategy. As Senior Project Specialist, you'll design and deliver effective onboarding and training to help teams perform in a fast-changing tech environment.

What You'll Do at Pega:

+ Manage GTM onboarding programs, ensuring new hires get a thorough introduction to Pega; in particular managing our sales "bootcamps" occuring onsite once per month, encompassing working with sales leadership, enablement and facilities for a successful event

+ Improve programs using feedback and best practices

+ Maintain documentation and reports to show impact and areas for improvement

+ Work with teams across functions to align and enhance enablement initiatives

Who You Are:

+ Collaborative project manager or coordinator with 3-5 years’ experience

+ Strong growth mindset

+ Skilled communicator, engaging stakeholders at all levels

+ Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management

+ Effective problem-solver thriving in fast-paced settings, managing multiple tasks

+ Committed to ongoing learning and professional growth

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and interested in GenAI technologies

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 82,500 - 123,400 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
