Our team of 29 UX professionals supports the work of hundreds of engineers across several products, so there is always something happening. Our company is global, and our UX team includes members in India, Israel and the US.
We are an AI-forward UX organization and expect team members to leverage responsible AI to drive measurable outcomes. Candidates should be prepared to discuss and demonstrate how they have used AI tools or models in their past roles to improve productivity, quality, and innovation, including specific examples, quantified results, and the governance practices they followed.
We seek an experienced UX Designer to join our team and help us take our product experiences to new heights.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years designing enterprise product experiences
• An online portfolio demonstrating wide-ranging experiences
• Professional knowledge of latest interaction patterns for web, user-centered design process, design principles and techniques
• Experience using Figma to create low to high fidelity prototypes and mockups
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence day-to-day design and research work
• Ability to balance needs of concurrent projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience understanding the value of, collaborating with, and leveraging user experience research
• Examples of AI tools usage to improve outcomes (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, internal ML models, RPA, Figma Make, etc.)
• Ability to quantify AI impact (e.g., time saved, quality improvements, improved usability, revenue growth, reduced errors, faster delivery)
• Proficiency with approaches to AI usage (e.g., prompting strategies, data governance considerations, bias mitigation, evaluation/validation of outputs)
• Practice following relevant safeguards and compliance practices (security, privacy, IP protection)
Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
• Experience advocating for user experience in defining and prioritizing themes across UX and engineering teams
• Demonstrable experience with complex and modern web designs with the ability to create meaningful and delightful experiences
• Experience maintaining and evolving design systems
Working knowledge of current web-based technologies and frameworks (e.g. CSS, Angular, React) to inform design decisions
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 137,700 - 204,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
