Job Description:
**We are searching for the best talent for** **Analyst, FM Center of Excellence (COE).** This is a remote role available in United States and/or Puerto Rico Johnson & Johnson locations. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
The FM COE Analyst supports the global facility management COE (Center of Excellence) by providing data analytics & intelligence based on all existing and future FM COE and FM Ops programs. The scope of these programs includes all J&J operated facilities and will work closely with both key facility service providers along with our strategic third parties to ensure FM compliance to the programs.
In this role, you will support the global FM team with data analysis support and reporting. This includes the creation and generation of key monthly and quarterly ARC dashboards & heatmaps as well as support for the creation and generation of various ad-hoc reports using a variety of analysis tools ranging from Power BI, Microsoft Forms, and other enterprise platforms such as our GRC (Global Risk and Compliance) application. The analyst will also support the governance of our global facility condition assessment program which includes data maintenance, coordination of site assessments and ingestion of site data into our J&J data cloud ecosystem.
A suitable candidate for this role will have experience in the standard analysis tools such as Power BI, MS forms, and Excel supporting both analysis and data visualization. They will also have experience in working with asset management and risk program data sets while working closely with enterprise digital and data teams to ensure consistent data architecture that aligns with the Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) organization within J&J.
Key relationships include strategic external partnerships, regional site facility teams, enterprise risk, J&J Data Science teams, and Project Delivery and corporate Real Estate within our E&PS organization.
You will be responsible for** **:
+ Support the monthly and quarterly generation of ARC dashboards and associated data visualizations
+ Utilize various data analysis and visualization tools to support the global FM COE and business partners with various reporting outputs as required.
+ Provide data oversight for the global facility condition assessment, Business interruption and other FM programs
+ Build partnerships with key internal and external digital and business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities for the COE.
+ Provide technical expertise to support the GRC risk and compliance platform for E&PS including the ingestion of data from various external data sources
+ Actively work towards collaboration between all levels and functions within E&PS to support a “ONE” E&PS approach.
+ Support the coordination of facility capital investments with strategic external partnerships in alignment with business goals.
+ Support annual program scoping efforts to ensure alignment to FM COE programs including new acquisitions and greenfield sites led by project delivery
+ Closely collaborate with the E&PS digital teams to maintain an accurate global property list with necessary attributes that allow mapping to the overall ARC governance process.
Qualifications:
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or relevant experience required
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
Required:
+ A minimum of 5 years of related work experience
+ Confirmed experience supporting enterprise asset management & risk organizations
+ Strong expertise in various digital analysis tools (Power BI, Microsoft forms, Excel)
+ Strong expertise in data management, visualization and analysis to extract trends and information from data and identify areas of opportunity
+ Experience in working with key external strategic partners to build robust digital ecosystems connected through cloud environments
+ Strong communication and ability to engage with all levels of the organization including senior leaders
+ Demonstrated ability to adapt emerging trends and industry innovations
+ Basic statistics working.
Preferred:
+ Robust statistical knowledge
+ Demonstrated experience in the use of GRC platform
+ Proven knowledge in leading third-party capital management programs
+ Demonstrated experience providing support for a global engineering team
Other:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$94,000 to $151,800.
