    Job Summary

    This individual will manage the food service operation and maintain established costs and quality standards in order to ensure superior service and maximize profits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinates the tasks of the Assistant Directors and Operations Managers

    + Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises functions and activities of the department

    + Establishes work standards and work flow

    + Establishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations

    + Directs and conducts safety, sanitation and community maintenance programs

    + Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and client as well as other departments within the operation

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    + At least 3 years of relevant work experience

    + Strong leadership and communication skills

    + Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills

    + Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff

    + Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
