Position Title: Operations Manager
Salary: $60,000 to $65,000

Job Summary
**Summary:** As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for assisting in directing and overseeing the support services operational needs of the department. You will coordinate the tasks of the frontline associates and will serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments, providing the highest possible level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage banquet team in planning, set-up and execution catering events
+ Support Restaurant and Outlets as needed
+ Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, mentor and counsel associates
+ Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
+ Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
+ Manage staff levels, wages, hours, as well as contract labor to revenues
+ Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
+ Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
+ Accountable for the profit and loss financials for the banquets, outlets and other areas of the operations
+ Responsible for the overall financial success of the banquet and outlet operations through monthly forecast of performance to budget and plan
+ Track revenue and labor on a daily basis
+ Ensure strict compliance with cash handling procedures and reconciliation of the daily receipts
+ Analyze and initiate action to improve product, company image and profitability
+ Assign workstations and specific job duties in opening/closing and side duties
+ Responsible for set-up and cleanup of all banquet functions and other areas of the operations
+ Must implement and execute table layout and diagram
+ Anticipate and plan for adequate operational supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
+ Must ensure that opening and closing duties have been successful completed
Qualifications and Skills Set:
+ Five (5) or more years of prior management or supervisory operational experience with proven track record
+ Alcohol and ServSafe or Food Handlers Certification
+ Exceptional multi-task and organizational skills
+ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
+ Conflict resolution and strong supervisory skills
+ Computer proficient skills
