    Work Schedule Required: 3pm-1:30AM. If overtime is needed is would be 3pm-3:30AM.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating press brake machines and will be responsible for fabricating and shaping metal components to precise specifications. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal according to engineering specifications.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to determine the correct setup and operation of the press brake.

    + Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accuracy in the fabrication process.

    + Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.

    + Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.

    + Assist in the fabrication of metal components using various methods, including welding, plasma cutting, and milling machine operations as needed.

     

    Skills

     

    + Proficient in operating press brake machines with a strong understanding of their mechanics.

    + Experience with hand tools and sheet metal fabrication techniques.

    + Familiarity with forklift operation for material handling is a plus.

    + Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

    + Experience in welding and plasma cutting is desirable.

    + Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers for quality control.

    + Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
