We are seeking talented, experienced Principal Level Software engineers to help us create the world s most advanced solutions in the area such as Electronic Warfare, Secure Communications and Networking, Radar Warning and Electronic Attack for our defense related customers. Our products provide critical mission capabilities to address the ever-evolving challenges and threats to our nation s security and the war fighter.

You will be an integrated team member, with leadership opportunities, collaborating with Systems, Hardware, and Test engineers in one or more of the phases of Project Planning, Requirements Development, Design, Development, Integration and Testing.

You will prepare design and project documentation intended to be used within complex programs or across sets of programs in accordance with established processes.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Bachelor s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 6 years of related experience, or a Master of Science with 4 years of related experience

+ Experience developing real time, embedded, low latency software in a Linux development environment with C/C

+ Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities

+ Willingness to perform a wide variety of related tasks

+ Experience with encryption/decryption algorithms

+ Experience with embedded application security features

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Agile Development experience

+ Experience creating/maintaining software development and integration plans

+ Experienced in Hands on integration testing of electronic systems

+ A continuous improvement mindset to enhance Software development through process modernization.

+ Experience Developing and Integrating Real Time Software

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
