As a **Principal Datacenter and EOC Operations Manager** , you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional IT support to the customer. As a Principal Datacenter and EOC Operations Manager, you'll manage day-to-day datacenter operations, including infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, maintenance scheduling, and vendor coordination to maintain 99.9% uptime and compliance with SLAs. During emergency activations, you'll establish and operationalize EOC datacenters, deploying temporary or mobile infrastructure to enable rapid command-and-control capabilities.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

+ 10 years of experience in datacenter operations management, with demonstrated expertise in both routine maintenance and emergency response environments

+ Proven track record leading EOC or crisis datacenter setups and de-activations in government or high-stakes settings

+ Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)

+ Strong knowledge of federal IT and emergency management standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, NIMS) and ITIL practices for service operations

+ Proficiency in datacenter management tools (e.g., DCIM software, monitoring platforms) and emergency infrastructure deployment

+ Excellent leadership and crisis management skills, with the ability to coordinate under pressure in 24/7 scenarios

+ Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness

+ ITIL 4 Foundation certification

+ Cisco Certified Specialist - Data Center Operations certification

+ Experience supporting DoD or large federal datacenters and EOCs, including mobile/tactical deployments and hybrid cloud integrations

+ Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

+ Background in Lean Six Sigma for process optimization in datacenter and emergency contexts

+ Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., CISSP for secure operations)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
