As a **Principal Performance Documentation Analyst** , you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional IT support to the customer. As a Principal Performance Documentation Analyst, you'll assemble comprehensive contractor performance data from various sources, ensure accurate entry into the Government OCIO/G6 performance measurement system, and develop processes to validate data collection for metrics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing data, ensuring proper entry into the performance measurement system, and developing processes to validate performance metric data collection.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 10 years of experience in performance documentation, data analysis, and reporting, with expertise in government or large enterprise performance measurement systems
+ Proven track record assembling and validating performance data for entry into federal systems, including process development for metric accuracy
+ Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
+ Strong knowledge of federal IT standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA) and ITIL practices for service performance and continual improvement
+ Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, SQL for queries, or performance tracking software) and reporting platforms
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for data validation and stakeholder collaboration
Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness

+ Certified Document Control Manager (CDCM) certification
+ Experience supporting DoD or large federal OCIO/G6 systems, including performance metric validation and contract reporting
+ ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification, with focus on service measurement and reporting
+ Background in data governance tools (e.g., Collibra) and automation scripting for validation processes
+ Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional - CAP)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81336 - $138271
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
