    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Engineer II - Windows Server, Storage, & Cloud, who is responsible for planning, designing, provisioning, maintaining, and upgrading physical and virtual Windows servers and related infrastructure across the enterprise. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the Windows server team technologies projects including design, implementation, installation, update, and configuration.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience

     

    - Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues across interrelated programs and systems and develop the appropriate solutions, typically requiring a minimum of 2+ years of experience

     

    - Proven ability to apply engineering principals to effectively resolve moderately complex authentication issues within Infrastructure and Operations

     

    - Demonstrated commitment to strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in collaborative project environments

     

    - Knowledge of Infrastructure & Operations platforms such as server, storage, authentication, encryption and/or backups

     

    - Relevant scripting or automation skills, such as PowerShell or Python

     

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     

    Experience in Microsoft Office applications - Relevant certifications, such as MCSA, VCP, VCDX, AZ-900, or AZ-305
