Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join their clients growing team. This person should have at least 2 years in a customer facing role and be comfortable traveling 50-75% of the time. The right person will have a background focused in freight, trucking, logistics, and customer satisfaction. This person will provide training and implementation services for the customers freight movement mobile platforms and help to integrate with the additional solutions. They should be comfortable trinaing large groups of people in classroom settings, working directly with end users, communicating processes, and handling change management hurdles.

Skills and Requirements

- 2+ years working in a customer facing role

- 2+ years working in freight, logistics, trucking, or a warehouse environment

- Demonstrated ability training, communicating, and coaching both individuals and groups

- comfortable traveling 50-75% of the time

- Eager to learn
