    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives, drive project delivery, and ensure alignment with business goals. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with three days per week onsite in our Bangalore office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects and programs.

    • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

    • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

    • Track progress, report status to stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    • Facilitate agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of accountability.

    • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Skills and Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience managing technical projects/programs in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

    • Jira or Confluence skills are very nice to have. • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus.

    • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.
