We're Hiring a CRM Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC!
Job Summary:
The CRM Business Analyst supports Xylem's CRM applications by performing work within the area of user and system support. This role will also interpret documented policies and procedures, develops and communicates best practices, and provides user instruction.
Responsibilities:
+ **Develop sales process solutions by collaborating across departments**
+ **Understand internal stakeholder pain points; anticipate stakeholder's needs and proactively develop solutions**
+ Interpret documented policies /procedures and develop / understand best practices
+ Troubleshoot, resolve, and capture first level process / navigation / reporting support issues
+ Conduct impact analysis based on user and business requirements
+ **Manage change request and prioritize different business needs**
+ **Work with the CRM IT and professional services consulting partners**
+ **Develop system testing scripts and perform UAT for CRM system enhancements**
+ Prepare accurate testing data, both for initial implementation and ongoing project support
+ Drive and maximize user adoption of the CRM applications by working sales and business management
+ Developing and execute projects relative to data governance and maintenance of CRM data
+ Cross train on multiple CRM applications
+ Communicate system changes and enhancements to the user base
+ Escalate identified system performance issues
Qualifications:
+ A bachelor’s degree in Business or IT related field
+ **2+ years of experience in sales tools and software (SalesForce, MS Dynamics preferred).**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
+ **Self-motivated, strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.**
+ **Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)**
+ Respect for confidentiality, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and sound judgement required
+ **Customer Support for Sales**
+ **Strong service orientation is essential**
