    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking to add a ServiceNow Administrator to our client’s team headquartered in the St. Louis, MO area. This individual will join a team of two existing ServiceNow admins. The platform was implemented over a year ago and is fully operational, but the team is now adding a new module for third-party risk assessment, working closely with accounting and risk management teams.

     

    This role will focus on building and configuring modules rather than working tickets. Responsibilities include:

     

    Performing basic ServiceNow programming tasks such as creating tasks, stories, and publishing updates

     

    Configuring workflows and internal ticketing systems for new modules

     

    Modifying existing tickets and processes to improve functionality

     

    Collaborating with internal teams to support ongoing implementation and enhancements.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow systems

     

    Configuration and programming of ServiceNow ticketing systems

     

    Strong communication skills ServiceNow Certification
