    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a QA Tester for one of our clients in Maryland Heights, MO. This person will be dedicated to testing screens and flow functionality for an application for primary ordering channels for call center agents. They will be responsible for creating tests to find any issues with software before the product is launched. They will spend their day developing new tests to run, running the tests and documenting the results. If any defects are found, they will work with the software developers to fix and patch the program. Once patched, the test will need to be rerun in order to ensure the defect is corrected. This person will be involved in functional and regression testing using mostly manual methods and some automated testing methods to ensure positive agent experience. The pay rate is between 40-45/hr and this position will be performed 4 days a week on-site.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3–8 years of experience as a QA Tester, manual experience required

     

    Experience test case planning and execution

     

    Experience with Photon, Postman or similar systems for API testing
