**AdventHealth Medical Group, Rocky Mountain Region** is seeking **a Primary Care Physician** .

**AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG)** is a sister organization of AdventHealth with over 600 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in 27 individual service lines in Colorado. We have 5 hospitals, 8 freestanding emergency and urgent care centers and 6 ambulatory surgery centers. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for the clinicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

+ 27 Primary Clinics conveniently located throughout the Denver Metro Area.

+ 5 Hospitals located throughout the Denver Metro Area.

+ Collaborative, collegial team that is passionate about providing patient focused care and collaborates well with a robust network of specialists.

+ Large internal referral network and ability to build on existing patient base.

+ EPIC- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and practice locations.

Qualifications

+ Board Certified/Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Team Player with patient-first mindset

+ Current, unrestricted full license to practice medicine in Colorado

+ Current Colorado DEA Licensure

+ Ability to work with and supervise one Advanced practice provider (APN or PA)
