    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $19.00/hour

    What You’ll Do

     

    As a Mechanical Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in assembling complex network racking systems. Working in pairs, you’ll follow precise instructions to ensure each unit meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assemble mechanical components one unit at a time, adhering to detailed work instructions

    + Perform hand soldering, manual assembly, and operate semi-automated equipment

    + Conduct visual, electronic, and mechanical inspections

    + Use diagnostic tools to perform functional testing

    + Identify and communicate issues related to defects or process deviations

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation

    + Rotate between tasks based on production needs

    + Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + 3–5 years of mechanical assembly or production experience

    + High school diploma plus additional post-secondary coursework, or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict work instructions

    + Familiarity with electromechanical and pneumatic systems

    + Basic computer skills and ability to learn manufacturing software

    + Ability to lift and handle materials in a manufacturing environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Certifications in soldering or mechanical assembly

    + Experience with automated testing and diagnostic tools

    + Knowledge of quality improvement processes and manufacturing information systems

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
