**Location:** Richardson, TX | **Pay:** $20/hour | **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where your attention to detail and production expertise directly impact high-reliability electronic products. As a Quality Technician with **PDS Tech Commercial** , you will partner with engineers and production teams to ensure that every component and product meets the highest standards. Your work will not only help maintain excellence in manufacturing but also support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality.

What You’ll Do

+ Conduct in-process and product quality assessments and report findings accurately.

+ Monitor key process and product characteristics to ensure compliance with standards.

+ Identify, document, and support the disposition of non-conforming materials.

+ Assist in implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issues on the production line.

+ Perform First Article Assessments and support internal, industry, and customer audits.

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality processes.

+ Support Return Material Authorization (RMA) quality activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

+ 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

+ Strong understanding of quality and manufacturing standards.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., Spectrum Pro, EtQ).

+ Excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.

+ Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience supporting audits or continuous improvement projects.

+ Knowledge of shop floor control systems and documentation best practices.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
