**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, First Shift (6 AM – 2:30 PM)

**Starting Pay:** $53.65 per hour

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a **CNC Programmer** to join our team supporting, a global leader in aerospace innovation. In this critical role, you will create and refine NC programs used to produce precision components that power some of the most advanced aircraft and defense systems in the world. Your expertise will help ensure manufacturing excellence, first-time quality, and the continued legacy of engineering innovation.

What You’ll Do

+ Create **NC programs** from blueprints, solid models, and sketches using **Unigraphics NX CAD/CAM** software.

+ Develop and verify **Machine Control Data (MCD)** and geometry to ensure program accuracy and performance.

+ Design and program **fixtures and tooling** required for production.

+ Verify programs using **Vericut verification software** to ensure precision and safety.

+ Collaborate closely with **machine shop personnel** to achieve first-time quality and acceptance.

+ Support cross-functional teams by researching and integrating new machining techniques, processes, software, and equipment.

+ Prepare detailed **machine operator instructions and documentation** for numerically controlled equipment.

Required Qualifications

+ 5+ years of machinist experience.

+ 3+ years of experience with **UG NX CAD/CAM** software.

+ Regular and predictable attendance is required. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

Preferred Qualifications

+ 10+ years of machinist experience.

+ 10+ years of experience using **UG NX CAD/CAM** .

+ Experience with **Vericut verification software** .

+ Education/experience typically acquired through an **Associate degree** and 3+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Pay Details:** $53.65 to $64.40 per hour
