Summary of the Role:
Join **PDS Tech Commercial** , partnering with a leader in the environmental services industry, and play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. As an **Administrative Assistant** , you’ll provide confidential, high-level support to managers and departmental teams, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in all administrative functions. Your work will directly impact project success and organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Act as a **confidential administrative aide** , supporting managers and departmental staff.
+ Answer and direct phone calls; screen and distribute mail.
+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate business travel.
+ Prepare budgets, expense reports, meeting minutes, and departmental correspondence.
+ Maintain proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
+ Support project schedules using tools like **Microsoft Project** and perform data entry for departmental databases (Access, SQL/Server).
+ Maintain department budgets and assist with SAP-related processes.
+ Conduct research to support departmental projects and activities.
+ Manage internal and external documents, ensuring compliance and quality.
+ File documents in physical and digital records (SharePoint & ECM).
+ Attend meetings, create minutes, and manage Rolling Action Item Lists (RAIL).
Required Qualifications:
+ College-level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution (evaluated individually).
+ Minimum **6 years of related administrative experience** for senior-level placement.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project scheduling tools.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with SAP and budgetary processes.
+ Knowledge of document management systems (SharePoint, ECM).
+ Familiarity with compliance and quality standards.

**Pay Details:** $30.75 per hour
