    **Ensure smooth staffing and quality coordination every day.** At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we’re seeking a proactive **Quality & Staffing Lead** to serve as the primary liaison between the Quality Control department and our recruiting agency. Your leadership will help maintain production goals and uphold quality standards.

    About the Role

    As a **Quality & Staffing Lead** , you’ll manage daily staffing needs, coordinate replacements for call-outs, assist with new hire placements, and communicate terminations or performance concerns. You’ll play a critical role in keeping workforce operations organized and efficient.

    What You’ll Do

    + Act as the main point of contact between Quality Control and recruiting partners.

    + Oversee daily staffing needs and coordinate replacements for call-outs.

    + Assist with new hire placements and onboarding.

    + Communicate terminations and performance concerns promptly.

    + Track attendance, replacements, and terminations accurately.

    + Respond quickly to staffing shortages or production delays.

    + Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + 2+ years of experience in quality control, production, or manufacturing.

    + Strong communication skills for interacting with staff and external partners.

    + Organized and detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

    + Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, HR or scheduling software).

    + Reliable and proactive with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

    Preferred:

    + Leadership or team lead experience handling attendance or performance issues.

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
