    As Incubeta's Chief Product Officer, you'll lead the creation and delivery of AI-powered product solutions that drive measurable business impact for our clients. Your mission: connect integrated, scalable and repeatable solutions Incubeta develops into a single cohesive product strategy, roadmap and experience.     You'll help us evolve beyond feature & point-solution-driven roadmaps to champion a suite of connected solutions which deliver ROI, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Ensure a Seamlessly Connected vision for innovation and solution & capability integration

     

    + Harmonize our capabilities under a unified, Seamless AI-driven ecosystem

    + Own Incubeta's Seamless product roadmap & feature development and funding/go-to-market priorities

    + Work with our capabilities to design and enhance solutions that align with Incubeta's Seamless vision, integrating data, creative, media, and human insights

    + Coordinate cross-functional innovation to surface opportunities for productization and integration

    + Ensure customer use cases, challenges, voice of the customer and core business requirements are understood in the context of our product market fit & innovation roadmap

     

    Deliver Client-Centric Products

     

    + Work with the business to turn delivered solutions and innovation into productized solutions that generate clear business outcomes such as increased customer lifetime value, incremental revenue growth, improved ROI, and measurable operational efficiencies

    + Create a scalable commercialization strategy for delivering these productized solutions, easily accessed and purchased by new and existing customers

    + Ensure products can be delivered in the hands of our clients with the ability to be consumed within an ISV context, and as a standalone product (not a managed service).

     

    Orchestrate LLM and AI Integration Across Product Stack

     

    + Capture our internal and channel partners innovations, working with our capabilities to turn these rapid evolutions into products our clients understand and embrace

    + Work with our capabilities to drive strategic integration of productized LLM and AI strategies into core agency disciplines such as marketing intelligence (analytics and predictive modeling), media automation, creative automation, unified search, and customer data platforms

    + Ensure accessibility of AI solutions through easy-to-access and widely usable agentic front-ends, both for internal and external stakeholders.

     

    Support the commercialization of Incubeta's productized, AI-enhanced product suite

     

    + Work with the business to define commercial strategies and billing models for new agentic and AI-enhanced solutions

    + Package products as connected, scalable, sellable assets, both for internal teams and client-facing deployment

    + Collaborate with sales, strategy, and account teams to embed our Seamless AI products into our Rapid Results, Adaptive Automation and Generative Growth client phases, and integrate them across our capabilities as an interconnecting augmented technology layer

    + Validate business value through pilots, case studies, and ROI proof points that resonate with CMOs and CSuites

    + Own the drivers of cost for the development and maintenance of our IP and products. Ensure this is well governed and manage the costs collaboratively into our capability pricing plans to monetize our IP

    + Collaborate with finance an exec leadership team on a clear P&L strategy to ensure IP monetization

    + Inspire the Marketing and Sales teams around the key differentiators, features and attributes of our Product/s to stimulate client and sales demand

    + Work closely with the Chief Solutions Officer and Head of Channel to strengthen our Google Partnership in order to;

    + Augment and not compete with their core solutions, looking to add value at the edges and from a client centered performance lens

    + Unlock joint business plans and Additive Tech Funding

     

    Leadership & Collaboration

     

    + Set priorities with our Itech team of Developers, Solution Designers and Engineers, act as the overall owner and driver of outputs

    + Collaborate with and guide our capability teams and delivery hubs as required, lean on the COO and Global Head of delivery for capacity management, optimal resource management and utilization

    + Create a high performance culture by encouraging innovation, recognising excellence and inspiring world class client service and delivery.
