Iron Mountain is seeking a **dynamic** Operations Supervisor to join our **Logistics Center** team. In this role, you will be responsible for **managing day-to-day logistics and operational functions** for the facility in a cost-effective manner while ensuring internal and external customer needs are met. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

+ **Lead and Develop Talent:** Oversee, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports, ensuring high **productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness** while fostering open communication and addressing employee issues.

+ **Manage Operational Flow:** Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain **accurate warehouse inventory** to support production schedules and resource allocation.

+ **Ensure Operational Standards:** Track, monitor, and report on warehouse activities and team production goals (Key Performance Indicators or **KPIs** ) to designated personnel to inform decision-making, maintain **safety standards** , and correct at-risk behaviors.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

+ A minimum of **2 years** of experience in **warehouse or logistics leadership** , with specific experience in fulfillment or e-commerce management (onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping).

+ Strong knowledge of **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** and the ability to monitor team production goals and dynamically meet company KPIs.

+ Proven ability in **conflict resolution** , problem-solving, and managing team dynamics in a fast-paced environment.

+ **Proficiency** in computerized applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, database, email) necessary to complete operational reporting and projects.

+ **Shifts** : 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
