    The Role:

    + Facilitates the design, measurement and drives process improvements intended to help the organization understand, analyze and create a positive experience.

    What You Will Do:

    + Analyzing needs and making recommendations to ensure consistency and alignment to support Global Marketing and Cat Financial's strategic goals and decision making.

    + Creates and supports a dynamic measurement program and acts as the project leader in the evaluation of the relevancy of customer measures, operation efficiency, process quality that impacts the customer experience.

    + Facilitates continuous improvement efforts related to process owners across Global Marketing.

    + **Relationship Management:** Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

    + **Strategic Thinking:** Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

    + **Vendor/Supplier Management:** Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g., vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers).

    + **Customer Experience Management:** Knowledge of customer experience management; ability to implement strategies and techniques used to ensure that customers have a positive experience with the organization's products and services at every touch point.

    + **Process Analysis & KPI Development:** Skilled at diving deep into operational workflows to identify key performance indicators. Comfortable leading conversations around process gaps and supporting implementation of measurable improvements.

    + **Cross-Functional Curiosity:** Naturally inquisitive about how success is defined and measured across marketing and other business areas. Brings a holistic view to performance analysis and continuous improvement.

    + **Data Storytelling:** Exceptional communicator who can turn data-driven insights into relatable, engaging narratives. Able to present findings in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences—without overwhelming them with analytics.

    _Desirable Extras:_

    + **Power BI Expertise:** Strong experience building intuitive, insightful dashboards from complex data sets. Able to translate raw data into visual stories that inform and inspire action across teams.

    Additional information:

    + This position requires the successful candidate to work full time, 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.

    Summary Pay Range:

    $116,532.00 - $216,384.00

     

    Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
