Join Caterpillar’s Integrated Components Division (ICD) and help shape the future of financial decision-making in a dynamic, innovative environment. This position within the Global Product Business Partnering finance team will offer the opportunity to interact with leaders across the finance and product organizations—delivering insights that power smarter decisions and greater impact. While this role does not have any direct reports, it does directly lead and influence decisions. The role provides the opportunity to develop leadership skills and demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and financial analysis skills.
The FP&A lead for the ICD product organization is knowledgeable on a variety of business functions. They will act as an advisor on business related issues to both accountants and non-accountants and can resolve issues quickly and independently. Incumbent can accomplish complex and/or technical analysis and will provide advice & recommendations to drive behavior with business partners, including engineering managers, supply chain managers and division FP&A team members. They will demonstrate decision-making skills and ownership for results. The incumbent will also look at existing processes and find efficiencies and ways to apply technology solutions.
What You’ll Do:
+ Demonstrate ownership of forecasting and reporting functions and serve as a liaison between the product group and the division consolidations team
+ Lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
+ Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling presentations for business partners
+ Present actionable insights and recommendations to ICD leadership
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges with a customer-first mindset
What You Have:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
+ Strong **analytical thinking** and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to **manage multiple priorities** and meet deadlines
+ **Effective communication** skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
+ **Customer-focus** ed mindset with a passion for delivering tailored solutions
+ Experience **gathering and analyzing data** from diverse sources to drive decisions
What Sets You Apart:
+ 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
+ Strong FP&A background either at the corporate or business unit level
+ Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, especially Power BI
+ Demonstrated ability to drive efficiencies in recurring processes
+ Team-oriented with strong initiative and interpersonal skills

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
