This position will partner with the Senior Talent Manager to create and deploy talent management and learning initiatives to support the global procurement function. This includes developing programs and trainings to support skills enablement; creative learning solutions; culture and organizational effectiveness; leadership development and onboarding. This role not only supports the global procurement function, but also directly supports the talent management needs of two Caterpillar divisions - Strategic Procurement and Planning Division and Resource Industries Supply Management.
Specific initiatives the Senior Talent Management Partner will lead include building partnerships through leadership of the country specific talent councils, providing support for Employee Insights, managing Know to Grow for the division, overseeing required learning, creating and tracking a self-directed learning program for Procurement employees, and generating various Workday learning/ training courses to support SPPD, RISM and Procurement initiatives.
What You Will Do:
• Serving as a thought leader for talent management programs and technology; Providing advice and support to business and HR leaders, addressing talent management related questions and requests.
• Assisting management in evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's talent practices and recommending improvement opportunities.
• Facilitating change management initiatives associated with talent management activities.

Additional Information:
+ This position is located in Peoria or Dallas.
+ It requires working on-site five days a week.
+ The role involves up to 15% travel.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
