Description
SAIC is seeking an **Associate Engineer** to assist with tasking related to the design, manufacture and sustainment of US Navy Aircraft Equipment, related systems, and other military systems in support of its **Indianapolis** facility.
The Associate Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
+ Design, development, modification, evaluation and test of a variety of electronic equipment and electrical systems.
+ Use and apply technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques to design circuits, layout circuit cards, analyze electronic systems, and troubleshoot electronic and electrical constructs.
Qualifications
Required Education:
+ Bachelor's degree and zero (0) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Clearance:
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficient in using engineering tools and software.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
