    Description

    Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled **Crane / Boom Truck Operators** for projects located in and around **Andover, MA.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to **$35/hour** based on experience & skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Operate a boom truck or small crane to lift, move, and place materials on commercial and industrial job sites

    + Ensure safe and efficient operation of lifting equipment in compliance with all site and DOT regulations

    + Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain accurate inspection logs

    + Assist with rigging operations and coordinate lifts with site personnel

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + Valid CDL Class B license required

    + NCCCO TSS certification and/or MA Hoisting Engineer License Class 1B preferred

    + Minimum 3+ years of experience operating boom trucks or small cranes on commercial or industrial job sites

    + Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record

    + Must provide and wear standard PPE
