We are seeking a **Full Stack Java Technical Lead** with strong AWS expertise to join our agile team.

You’ll drive technical leadership, hands-on development, and AI adoption for a cloud-native microservices project. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, experience in SCRUM teams, and a proven track record in full stack development.

Responsibilities

+ Lead technical design, implementation, and code reviews

+ Translate requirements into high-quality, shippable products

+ Mentor developers and foster best practices

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

+ Drive AI adoption and provide technical oversight

+ Actively participate in sprint planning, estimation, and breaking down user stories

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science

+ Proven hands-on experience with Java

+ Strong Node.js development skills

+ Deep expertise with AWS cloud services

+ Solid front-end experience with Angular and/or React

+ Experience with agile methodologies and microservices

+ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities

+ Ability to analyze legacy systems and propose modern solutions
