What you'll do...

Join as an **Analyst, Temp Services - Technical Assistant** to orchestrate the moving parts behind our simulation runs and asset intake operations own scheduling, run Excel-based tools, keep version control tight, and translate complex outputs into executive-ready dashboards. You’ll be the connective tissue between directors and technical teams, ensuring data flows, milestones, and insights land on time while gaining broad exposure, real impact, and a fast path to growth in a high-visibility role. **About the Team:** The **Home Office Reliable Operations Center of Excellence** oversees reliable operations some duties will be asset-intake workflows, coordinating engineering, analytics, and maintenance, validate data, and maintain version-controlled documentation so decisions rest on reliable, timely outputs. Its purpose is to ensure operational reliability and alignment between asset plans, and executive reporting while serving as the single source of truth for schedules, models, and technical approvals.

What you’ll do:

As a **Technical Assistant** you’ll keep that engine running, owning scheduling, operating Excel-based intake and simulation tools, reconciling and versioning data, and translating technical outputs into dashboards so directors and technical teams can move quickly and confidently.

What you’ll bring:

+ Proven expertise in managing technical scheduling, simulations, and asset intake workflows using Excel and related tools.

+ Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, analytics, and operations.

+ Strong skills in data validation, version control, and documentation for simulation and asset processes.

+ Ability to translate complex technical data into clear dashboards, reports, and executive materials.

**Work Schedule** : Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

_This is an onsite position located in Bentonville, AR._

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
